Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on your first purchase

Your first U.S. purchase includes free standard shipping with no minimum spend, including oversized items such as Waste Bins. Expedited shipping is not included. The offer applies automatically at checkout once your customer information confirms that you have not placed a previous order. It is limited to your first purchase. Subsequent orders follow the shipping rates and offers shown at checkout. For subscriptions, including the Host Gift Bag, only the first shipment of an eligible first purchase qualifies for this first-purchase offer.

For orders placed on or after October 9, 2026, customers pay return shipping costs, including on first purchases. Request your return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; exclusions apply. Read the return policy.

Processing and delivery

In-stock items ship within five business days of receiving payment. Shipping details are emailed when your order is packed and ready to ship. Delivery dates are estimates. Not all shipping methods are available for every item, and certain orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

International orders

We offer worldwide shipping. The first-purchase free shipping offer applies to U.S. orders only. International shipping charges, taxes, and duties may apply.
