SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard ground shipping based on limited offers or periodic promotions.

Expedited Shipping Fees

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are only estimates.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will send you an email with the shipping details.

Certain items require insurance to be shipped or returned. For those items, insurance will be included in the shipping fee.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard ground shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Certain orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for all items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will ship items within five business days of receiving payment. Standard shipping includes USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Expedited shipping within the USA is available for a fee. Please note that FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes – a street address is required.
