Ashley believes in the transformative power of sitting down at a table to share experiences and perspectives. Driven by this vision, she founded Âme Atendre™ to create objects that ground you in the present moment and inspire connection, empathy, and understanding in a world that often feels disconnected.
With over a decade of experience as a lawyer and executive, Ashley made a bold career shift in 2022 to explore the intersection of design and human connection. What began as a project to link physical objects with meaningful relationships soon evolved into Âme Atendre™, a brand that reflects her deep commitment to quality and care.
Ashley’s journey has always been guided by her passion for fostering connection. Inspired by her mother’s ability to build community through food and joyful gatherings, she envisioned Âme Atendre™ as a tabletop brand dedicated to reintroducing meaningful forms of connection into families and communities. Her commitment to thoughtful design ensures that every piece serves as an invitation to gather, share, and celebrate togetherness.
Beyond Âme Atendre™, Ashley is a founding partner of How Women Invest, an organization focused on empowering women in finance and creating lasting impact. In her earlier career, she contributed to the growth of one of the world’s most recognized and successful biotech companies, holding several leadership roles and helping to shape its groundbreaking achievements.

Dylan is the creative force behind the design and development of Âme Atendre™. Combining their artistic eye with a strategic approach, they ensure every product reflects the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship and connection.
A graduate of the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, Dylan’s professional creative journey has always been rooted in home design. Starting with textiles and furniture, their expertise has evolved to encompass the diverse facets of Âme Atendre, where they now design everything from delicate glassware to bespoke tabletop games in collaboration with Ashley Gould. Dylan’s work seamlessly blends joyful, unexpected forms with practical functionality, creating objects that elevate everyday life and bring people closer together.
In 2022, Dylan joined Ashley Gould to co-create the inaugural Âme Atendre™ collection, building a vision of connection and care into every product. They work closely with a global network of small-batch production partners, ensuring that the brand’s commitment to quality shines through in every detail.
